How to add a Sitemap to Google Search Console

Adding a sitemap to Google is a great way to have your website load faster on Google’s search engine. This means that people are more likely to find your website!

To add a Sitemap to Google Search Console:

1. Go to https://www.google.com/webmasters/.
2. Click on sign in.
3. Verify your domain.  How to integrate Webmaster Tools on your site: https://www.site123.com/support/integrating-google-webmaster-tools-with-your-website
4. When verified, click on sitemap on the left side. 
5. Where it says: “enter sitemap URL”, enter sitemap.xml. 
6. Click done.

Your sitemap has been uploaded!
