Adding a Category to your Online Store

Adding categories to your online store helps you organize your store, especially if you have many types of products that you are selling.

To add a category:

1. In the editor click on Pages.
2. Scroll to your store page and click the blue Edit button. 
3. Under the Products tab, go to Category and click the blue +Add Category link. 
4. Type in the name of the category you want, and then click save. 
5. The category will be added to the store and the product will be added to that category.
