Adding a Custom Form to your Contact Page

Adding a custom form to your contact page is a great way to collect information from your clients, letting them get in touch with you while letting you get back to them later. 

To add a custom form:

1. In the editor, click the contact us page and then click Edit. 
2. In Contact settings, scroll to the bottom of the options. 
3. Click Advanced Settings. Under Custom Form, click the toggle switch to on. 
4. The custom form editor will appear underneath the toggle switch. 
5. Design your custom form as you like using our custom form editor's many options. Once done, click save.
